Yes, all tattoos must be booked through this website.
Yes! But please reach out far enough in advance from when you want to get the tattoo for us to design your custom together.
You have total control of your safe space when you’re with me. If you need accommodations, please detail them in your design request or during our consultation and I will do my best to meet your needs. I am very comfortable working with various sensory issues or uncontrollable ticks as long as you inform me beforehand. If I deem myself ill-fit for your needs, then I will always follow up with tattoo artists recommendations that might be better suited for you.
You can but I ask that you limit it to 1-2 guests as we have limited waiting and booth space.
No. Tattoos should not be submerged in any form of water for a minimum of 4 weeks.
You can find me at Camouflage Tattoo Studio 4500 Satellite Blvd Ste 1200, Duluth, GA 30096
I do, but as all of my appointments do, cover ups require a more in-depth consultation first. I’ll need to see if there is any scar tissue and be informed on exactly how old the tattoo is. Most cover ups are multiple sessions especially if there is preexisting scar tissue so, please be prepared for that.
It varies per artist and per shop, but generally it is the same as any service-based industry, which will put you at a 10-25% tip. Understandably many people think tattoo artists do not take tips as we do set our own prices. However, the prices we set are to cover our work time, prior designing time, supply costs, and booth rent. Tipping culture in tattoos comes from the same place it does at a hair salon or restaurant, you’re tipping your service worker based on the customer service they’ve provided. So, it is not required, and especially for a budgeted tattoo, artists will understand why there is no tip. But if there’s no budget, the tattoo went great, and there’s no tip, we are left to wonder what we did or said wrong!
I am not against using numbing cream in my own practice, but I do ask that you tell me it’s something you are interested in so I can tell you what brand to buy or provide you with my own supply. Many numbing creams on the market are false and will not work or give out after 15-30 minutes. Some even oxidize color tattoo inks and completely change your tattoo as it heals. So yes you may use numbing cream, but only use what I recommend or provide.
